- The best AI-first services startups will reach SaaS-like gross margins, and be valued like it.
Physical AI
- The physical world is stubbornly diverse — no single form factor wins it. Intelligence will ship in a thousand shapes.
- We believe there will be as many enduring Physical AI companies as there are SaaS companies today.
- That breadth is the opening: early checks into founders bringing embodied intelligence to every corner of the economy.
